Cancellation Policy

Once we receive AND input your listing into the Multiple Listing Service, the flat listing fee becomes NON-REFUNDABLE. You may make changes and/or modify your MLS listing at anytime without charge once your property is listed.

You may remove your listing from the MLS at anytime without charge, however, your flat listing fee is non-refundable. You will receive instructions on modifying your listing once the listing is activated. You may list your property in the MLS for an unlimited amount of time.

If you do cancel your listing, you may re-list it the same property at anytime within six months of cancelling it with us for only $99.

If you allow your listing to expire during its term with us, you may re-list it at anytime within six months for the $99 fee.
